Capturing The Moment
Cameras allows us to capture the moments that we desire to cherish forever. Photography is the only language that the whole wold understands, it is an art of observation. It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.
Recently I bought a Polaroid camera, this one is a FugiFilm Instax Mini 8 Polaroid in white. There are many other cameras, but having a Polaroid camera has an extra element of excitement that I personally don't get with digital cameras. Taking a photo and waiting to see the memory that you produced, can be very tense and sometimes they don't turn out the way you might have liked but what the Polaroid never fails to do, is truly capture a moment (unless your finger is over the lens!).
As film is an added cost to this little gadget, I find myself being more careful with the photographs I take therefor I feel my photographs are more meaningful and show more depth.
Whatever camera you have, whether it's a Polaroid, digital or simply one on your mobile phone, try to capture more special moments because your life will change over the years, but your photographs won't.
(plus you can look back and laugh when your older!)
A quick cheesy quote for good measure: "Life is like a camera. Focus on whats important and you'll capture it perfectly"
Thank you for reading, come back soon!

First Post
My name is Samantha Goodchild, aka Sam.
I am currently 15 years young and studying hard for my GCSE's and working on Saturdays and Sundays to save money for my future self.
Even though it appears as if we 'live to work' in this modern day and age, I want to learn how to always see the positive aspects in life, as do many of you.
Starting this little blog itself has already made me very happy and I would love to carry on sharing and hearing other peoples experiences, opinions and memories.
That is what I want my blog to be about, giving my opinions and experiences to you, to make you smile or to help you along your journey.
In turn I would love to hear any encouragement or constructive criticism.
Thank you so much for reading my 'First Post', I hope to see you back soon!
